mmm chik'n biskits

feast your eyes upon this texas delicacy: fried boneless skinless chicken breast on a bun. you eat it with jelly, jam or honey. yes, it's for breastfast and only available at breakfast. the fast food restaurant that makes them is not open on sunday so you'd better plan ahead if you want one on the weekend.

i fed the chik'n biskits to my friends who came to visit from toronto -- my first guests! one was suitably impressed. the other not so much. but there were no reminants on either plate.
